At BECOMING Psychotherapy and Counselling Services you will receive compassionate and comprehensive virtual therapy, dedicated to guiding you through the physical and psychological complexities and intricacies of the perinatal and early parenting stages of life

Together, we will address and manage your doubts, fears, negative thoughts, and self-limiting beliefs, leading you to become a more resilient and empowered version of yourself as woman and mother.

Within my practice I use an eclectic therapeutic approach, which involves integrating techniques and principles from a variety of evidence-based therapies. This approach recognizes that no single theoretical perspective fits all situations, and allows me to provide a highly curated, comprehensive, and adaptable therapeutic experience that can address your unique circumstances and preferences.

If left untreated, unmanaged depression, anxiety, grief, and burnout can persist for years and can overshadow many of  the joys of motherhood and of life. Early intervention and support, on the other hand, can promote maternal well-being and restore that joy!
